Monday, Tuesday- Day 1, Day 2
Monday Stats:
Cardio:
- Walk 33 min;incline 10.
- Run 5 min; incline 5.
- Sprint 2 min; Incline 5.
- Abs: 15 min.
Calories: 1300
Tuesday Stats:
- Cardio: Speed Walk 65 min; incline 10.
- Sprint: 5 min; incline 5
- Run 6 min; Incline 5
- Abs: 10 min.
Calories: 1970
Drank 64 oz each day.
So I got REALLY hungry today, hence why the calories is so high for my weight loss. My routine was not balanced. Tommorow my goal is to eat 1300 and workout for 40 minutes for a more balanced approach.
I really don’t care though because I did not MAKE myself workout that much, I was just on a roll, and therefore, got a lot more hungry! (: But that’s a lot to workout everyday.
